ENVIRONMENT
- It’s not big but it’s a friendly atmosphere. The whole thing made me feel like I’m in the high school. It’s always nice to meet new friends and old friends in the event.

COSPLAY MASQUERADE
- Sponsored by TECMO KOEI Europe. Have fun judging it and congrats to the winners! Thanks for all the cheers, you guys are brilliant!! Kelly is a good presenter too, she was ill but she kept going on, how awesome and thanks for mentioning TECMO KOEI for so many times!

COSPLAY WORKSHOP
- I called this “TECMO KOEI Cosplay University” – It’s basically a class which the cosplayers teaching you how to make costumes with their advice and tips. Here we have Kaman explaining about the costume pattern (with all the TECMO KOEI cosplay costumes she made herself and Emily to demonstrate about making scars – this reminds me of Undead Knights cosplay so much!)

(If you could spot them out, those are Elizebet, Oichi, Da Ji, Zhen Ji, Diao Chan, and other TECMO KOEI costumes)

FOOD TIME
- We went for Korean on Saturday night! It was such a good moment, thanks to all the people who made it to have dinner with us, had so much good times. Thanks to Christine, Emily, Gary, Kelly, Mao, Priscilla, Laura, Kaman, Daniel, Joe and Ben (Saturday); Jasmine, Colleen, Gengiz, Jenny, Emma and Lizzy (Sunday) to have a food fun with us!!

Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2 “Cosplay Web Comic” Coming September!

First of all, this is just a fan project so stop flaming me, I’ve had enough. Yes we’ll be making a cosplay web comic strips for Ninja Gaiden with these guys (obviously it’s Ryu Hayabusa in the village with Momiji and the “grown-up” Sanji.)

Working @ TECMO KOEI – Chapter 1: The Experience

Before you read this post, you have to know that I was an emo child who failed almost all subjects in school, how I got into TECMO KOEI is because of the fansite I’ve created. FULL BLOG POST HERE.

I would like to start everything after the merge of TECMO and KOEI which became TECMO KOEI Europe on June 26, 2009. Yes it’s the day after Michael Jackson’s death and we were celebrating the merger, oh well, at least the food in the press was really yummy.

The first game we published in TECMO KOEI Europe is Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2 for the PlayStation 3. I would say I’ve gained the most experience from getting involved in this project – the merger, involving in making creatives, TV advert, tours and connecting to new team members with all new experience.

1.2 – GETTING INVOLVED IN VARIOUS CREATIVES

I got involved in making posters, leaflets, postcards, adverts, banners, T-shirt and online creatives. It was a nightmare in that moment, but after all these were done, I actually felt amazed!

1.3 – SOMETHING FRESH AND BIGGER

Involved in TV spot, went to the studio to test the voice over and seeing the banners around London is probably the bestest thing ever. Check out the result!

1.4 – THE TOUR AROUND EUROPE

Bringing cosplayers around the expo to promote the game and meet the fans, with Team TECMO KOEI!

And have the cosplay competition as well!

1.5 – GETTING INTO NEW COMMUNITY

TECMO fans are completely different from KOEI fans. KOEI fans know about the “KOEI” branding, but TECMO fans know about the game franchise more than “TECMO” branding itself. So it’s interesting to actually get involved and understand them better. We created the new site for TECMO and keep the existing KOEI ones, at the same time, we built up our social networking sites since it’s a “must have” thing these days on the Internet.

1.6 – MORE RANDOM SH*TS
When you have a good game, you just need to find any good idea to promote it, oh cut the crap, I just wanted to do something random. So for this, I’ve decided to make Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2 merchandise video with some drama in the beginning to keep fans happy!
