3 Producers, 3 Interviews, All Part 1.

Hi guys, it’s been a while. I apologize for that. Sorry for not blogging much lately. I’ve been busy with the preparations for London MCM Expo and also with some designing and editing works here and there. By the way, the last batch of Dynasty Warriors 7 DLC has been released, you can find the info here. I’m now here (apart from preparing for the London Expo stuffs, I’m also here) to arrange the asset release for Dynasty Warriors 7: Xtreme Legends for the PS3. So in the coming weeks, you can expect the final interview video from me as well as the English voice clips of the characters and some video footage, all of them are going to be there on KOEI official Facebook page.

So in the coming weeks, when I get the expo stuffs done, I’ll be blogging some English content for Dynasty Warriors 7: Xtreme Legends and Dynasty Warriors Next for KOEI’s Omega Force side of games and also Ninja Gaiden 3 and Dead or Alive 5 for TECMO’s Team Ninja side. Of course, I will blog something we’re doing for London MCM Expo (28-30 October 2011) as well. I just feel a little bit guilty for abandoning this place for few weeks.

By the way, here are the recent interview videos I’ve done when I was in Japan (Dynasty Warriors 7: Xtreme Legends, Ninja Gaiden 3 and Dynasty Warriors Next) – they’re all part 1 at the moment and they all split into 2 parts so next Thursday it’s going to be Dynasty Warriors 7: Xtreme Legends (Part 2) and a week after that it’s going to be Ninja Gaiden 3 (part 2) and so on.

In this part 1 of the video, Mr. Hayashi talked about the dismemberment, story and the online features of the game. Part 2 is coming on October 27th), Hayashi-san will reveal the game he’s playing currently also we had a little talk about Itagaki-san because some of you guys were asking that question.

In this part 1 of the video, Mr. Ogasawara talked about the functions of Dynasty Warriors Next on the PlayStation Vita. In the part 2, he’ll share his little crush on his favourite character in Dynasty Warriors series and I’ve told him something about our “fetish” here in TKE (TECMO KOEI Europe), haha! And this is coming on November 3rd.

TKE Insider: Sengoku Musou 3 Empires Premium Box

TKE Insider is back to the tradition to give you some preview of the premium or limited edition box for our games. Sengoku Musou 3 Empires (or people called it “Samurai Warriors 3 Empires”) is for PS3 in Japan (no overseas releases) – if you’re interested to have a look what’s inside the premium box, this is the right place for you.

The premium box of Sengoku Musou 3 Empires is huge. It contains:
- Game copy (PS3 version)
- Artbook (new art / CG sketches / character & guides)

- All character art cards (that you could make them stand)

TKE Insider’s 50K Special With The Story Behind It

It’s not about more DLC info or Dynasty Warriors 7: Xtreme Legends here today (that would be in the next article as I’ve got pretty much everything confirmed) so give me few more weeks. I’d like to share my thoughts about TKE Insider project that has been launched a year ago. Thank you for over 50K views with just few videos I’ve made. I started this project with the vision not showing you the exclusive trailer or pretty gameplay of video games, but more to the merchandise and the activities we’ve done with our audience “closer to the life”, so by hitting over 50K views with just my face with our audience and merchandise, it’s an achievement.

I’ve made a quick little video just want to tell you that do not be afraid to showcase your work to the Internet. We know there’s always people criticizing about your work, just take it and improve it to the best you can because this is how you learn things. I think it’s always important to show your work to the public these days so you know if it’s on the right track, its acceptance level, its strength and weakness, then think of the way to improve it.

So here, let’s start with the mini story board of TKE Insider series.

- Many people are confused about this video of why the camera man was beaten. This was all happened on Facebook so it might be a bit confusing when it’s on YouTube. This is actually a retake and I actually did this Dead or Alive Paradise Goodies along with the first Fist of the North Star: Ken’s Rage Goodies one, but the camera man didn’t focus on each product but just zooming on Kasumi’s tits so in the end, the video didn’t show all the goodies but the tits in the zoom.

10th Anniversary Special: Dynasty Warriors Is My Life!

- The idea was come from @Lead_wotawaster because during the London MCM Expo, there was a kid coming to our store and shouted “Dynasty Warriors is my life!” so in order to celebrate the 10th anniversary of Dynasty Warriors and the launch of Dynasty Warriors 7, we made this during our Memorabilia show in Birmingham. As you can see @Lead_wotawaster was doing some of his ATATATATATA voice in the video, it’s showing that this is the sequel of what’s in the previous episode. I think no many people could get it, haha!

First Time Playing Dynasty Warriors Music

- I’ve got my iPhone from TKE! So in order to celebrate that, I’ve played the main theme from Dynasty Warriors 7 for the very first time to everyone. It all started because my colleagues in TKE sang the main theme with their own lyrics every day before the game was out to raise the morale so it obviously worked and this is why this video was made.

Dynasty Warriors: Gundam 3 @ Japan Expo 2011

- I’ve been sent to Japan Expo in Paris to join the producer’s signing session due to the launch of Dynasty Warriors: Gundam 3, so this video was made! It’s the latest one and now TKE Insider has hit over 50K in total!

Closing Comment: I see myself grow from each production, although there’s no exact direction for this project. But as the Internet behavior changes very quickly every day, as long as we can react quick and see what it fits and what people would like to see, produce and make it happen, I think we should be happy and proud enough for it.
